lousy service

i have trouble trying to get my service up and working and now i want credit for my phone service and internet service . been down for 2 days and trying to get thru on internet is complicated. as far as i am concerned service is lousy. just pay the bill anf u r happy

i have one better for you...i have had internet service with verizon since jan. my service has gone down at least 6 times over the course of the 8 months for at least 5 days at a time. one time it was down for 9 days. each time i call i tell the customer service support that it is not my modem, it is the line outside the house but yet i must spend 45 minutes on the phone while they run their tests just to tell me it is a problem with the line outside the house. this is after i had already spent 45 minutes getting throught the automated system just to speak with a live person who doesn't speak very good english. in one month i used over 500 minutes on my cell phone a service that i have with verizon just to try to get the issues fixed. billing dept has only offered me $3 off one bill for the entire amount of time my internet has been down. if you add all the days it was down plus my valuable time and minutes i figure they owe me about a year of free service. I have tried numerous times to cancel my service (could care less whether i have it or not) but since i am on a 1yr contract they will not let me cancel without an early termination fee. i am pleased to be moving to a house that cannot get verizon high speed just so i can get rid of this useless frustrating service. your right verizon could care less about customer service they just want their money. i work for one of the largest corporations in the US and if i treated any of my customers like this i would have been TERMINATED a long time ago. Customers keep verizon in business. So why do we get treated as **bleep**????????????
