When I re-upped my contract I got the $200 google/nest promotion. After the first month, now that I'm ready to redeem it, I'm not allowed to. I can only receive a free Chromecast, which is fine, but it's not what I signed up for. I already have one, so I definitely don't need it. Has anyone else had this issue, and can anyone from Verizon help?
