Amazing. I finally get the mysterious "restriction" off my account, and make the move to go from tripleplay to double play.
The order is completely wrong.
I am supposed to drop the TV, keep the phone, and increase internet to the 35 mpbs.
The order however is showing internet and TV, drop the phone.
Please fix this before my phone goes out.
