I currently have Fios Internet only.
Tried to sign up for the Tripple Play package with TV and Phone.
Found out that I can't upgrade my service online and transfer my phone number because my Internet only account already has a phone number for me( the same number I'm trying to transfer).
Spent 45 minutes on the phone two weeks ago ordering the upgrade with the phone number transfer. They even used a recorded line service to confirm that I was agreeing to the phone transfer and not getting slammed.
Service appointment was setup for today, between 8am and 10am.
Called a 9:50am to inquire about the delays and they can't find any orders to upgrade my service.
Including chat time to try to transfer my phone, 45 minutes on the phone to order the service and three hours today waiting and tracking down my order, I've wasted about five hours of my live trying to transfer my TV and phone service to Verizon.
It shouldn't be this hard.
