Since placing my order 10 days ago, I have been having issues viewing the correct installation dates on my WhatsNext page. Following is a link to a screenshot of the current state of my page:

As you can see, my internet has not in fact been installed despite being scheduled for 4 days ago (as far as I knew). Calling Verizon informs me that as far as they know I'm scheduled for the 15th. If you ask me, 13 days is a bit long to process an internet order, but that's a different issue. The issue is that the date Verizon has and the date that I have aren't the same. Is there any reason we aren't querying the same database? Is it somehow easier to have separate databases that apparently don't synchronize properly?
Furthermore, they have yet to have an accurate DirecTV date on that page, except when it inexplicably changed to December 3rd both on this page and with DirecTV without asking or informing me. It has been rescheduled for today since the 5th, but that bar hasn't shown anything remotely accurate.
Overall, the WhatsNext page is less than useless. It shows incorrect information or none at all.
