I have been a customer for a year and have never had the same cost amount. I do not watch much TV, never any pay-per-view, nor "rent" movies to watch. I actually work 60+ hours a week out of the house. My bill can fluxuate as much as $30 dollars from month to month. I have twice reduced my plan when my monthly bill approached $200 a month. When I reduce my plan I get a low monthly bill, as was my January bill this year, and then the next month I see an increase of $23 for no addition service or product. I need the internet access but I feel that Verizon does a VERY poor job at customer service and being honest with their costs.
