Verizon Billing is a joke

I've had Verizon now (FIOS is great) for many months. Verizon can never seem to get my online billing available to allow me to review it. When I say never, I mean NEVER. I'm fairly computer savey and signed up to allow me to access MY information online - and Verizon can't seem to get it together. I've now resorted to whatever it is I'm doing here !
