I'm a senior citizen on oxygen and my phone has been out since Sept. 14th. I guess I called almost every day and got a different story each time. First they said it was in my house. They sent out a "tech". He worked on the box then I had him come in and look at the main line but he told me he didn't know anything about that he was a cable guy. Before he came I could call out. Before he left I told him I now had no dial tone. He left, turned in the work order as "done" and said he was here for 3 hours. That was on Sept 25th. The last I was told after about 1000 calls, it would be fixed by 5:00 Friday Oct. 7, 2011. Not. I checked the status of my repair online and they have nothing showing for me. I tried the site were they check your line but that didn"t work. All I want is my phone fixed. Could a qualified worker come here to check my phone. I cannot call anyone especially for an emergency and no one can call me to check up on me. I am getting so depressed with the whole situation.
