I just upgraded my Fios tv and now the picture has gotten worse. what should I do. No settings on the TV has changed.

Unplug the HDMI cable between the Fios box and the TV, then plug it back in again. Also check here and make sure the resolution is set to 2160P: Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Video Settings>Video Format.
