I recently took advantage of what was supposed to be a three-month free trial of the Fully Loaded Entertainment pack. But I'm being charged $39.99, with a $14.99 "credit" for an HBO/Cinemax promo. So this "free" promo is costing me $25 a month. As soon as I noticed this, I cancelled the Fully Loaded Entertainment package so I wouldn't keep getting overcharged further. But to add insult to injury, I'm no longer even getting access to HBO or Cinemax, even though my account shows that I'm still on this free trial. So not only am I paying $25 a month for what was supposed to be a free promo, now they've cut me off a month early. I'm glad my contract is up, because I've had it with these billing fiascos. I'm pretty sure I've had more incorrect bills than correct ones with Verizon.
