I receive no picture or sound unless I unplug the HDMI and replug back in to the set top box. I need to do this each time I turn the TV on or turn the set top box on.
It's what's called a handshake issue. Google hdmi handshake and look at some of the pages that not only explains it, but how to possibly fix it.
