I returned two cable cards where according to the UPS tracking were recieved on 8/9/11..... They still show up on my bills, they still show up on my equipment list online.
I have chatted online, mailed, phoned etc. many times an all anyone has been able to do is credit me for the charges. How long will these things stick to my account? I mean it should be as easy as open box, check equipment, remove from account.... like a 5 minute job...... yet still here months later.
