Verizon Call Assistant - is it available for Macs?

everytime I log into My Verizon, I'm asked to sign up for Verizon Call Assistant.

I click to do so and am told that I already have it.

I'd like to use it to check voicemails on line. but apparently, this does not work on Mac computers.

Will this ever change?

I am sorry that you are not able to use the Verizon Call Assistant because of your computer type. We do not have any projection information as to if or when it will be available. Best I can tell you is that it currently is not available. Please continue to check back occasionally to see if that changes.
