Is backing up DVR Programs an option?

Hello,

I just upgraded my account to the new Quantum Service.

With the programs I have saved and not watched yet, or want to keep.

Can I transfer them to some cloud service or somewhere so I don't loose them.

Is there a way I can have the programs transferred to the new dvr boxes that we are getting.

Or is there a way I can download them to a external drive through usb or however through network.

No to all of the above.

Only option you have (assuming you haven't powered off the old DVR) is to connect it to an alternate port on your TV.

You can stil watch programs on it.

Keep in mind you only have 30 days to return the old equipment.
