I've been dealing with this for almost 3 months now without a resolution. Verizon One-Bill is the most unorganized thing ever. I got overbilled 2 times with it and even after receiving a refund, I get a collection on my credit report dropping my score 80 points. I've called Verizon about 25 times and emailed back and forth probably more than that and haven't had a response since March 3rd. I'll be cancelling my wireless in June when the contracts up and will NEVER use any VERIZON services again.
