There is an err0 message on my receiver. How can I fix it/get it fixed?

Could be box problem. Try to reseat coax cable and that should fix the problem. If it doesn't work, move this box to other working location. Try it and let me know
thanks for the input. I don't have another working location, so this is it. I removed and reseated the coax cable. When I tried to turn the box on, I'm not getting anything (won't turn on). It has been a little flaky recently, so it might be time for a new one.
