This is the worst TV service on the face of the earth, and the technical support is 100% consistent with the worst service providers. I have attempted three times to get you to fix my service, and all I get is threats for extra charges to have the service repaired. You're not even providing the bare minimum service for which I pay. I pay for the most premium package, and I have many MANY channels that simply don't work "ch XXX is unavailable".
