verizon service is bad and verizon e service is very bad

I upgrade my plan ,activaty by 2/21/2012 with double bondle.is $54.99/month. but end bill due date, they charge me $64.99/month, I sent two email to verizon, they give ansew each time price is difftent, I suck they service.I aiso sent the copy order number, current plan copy ,verizon services chat records, but they still charge $64.99/month plus taxes.suck.
