I too have been stunned that this feature was REMOVED from the new Quantum service. My 96-year-old mother cannot always manipulate the remote adequately, so we need to be able to schedule tuning to programs she wants to watch. This is a vital feature for caretakers of elderly and disabled people. PLEASE ADD IT BACK!
