While watching our 3 tv's, the picture is constantly "pixelizing," and on occassion,"frozen pictures." I have checked all the connections, even on the module in my basement. Any ideas?
Something is bad near the ONT. It is either the ONT, grounding block, first splitter or the coax between the ONT and the first splitter. If all the connections are tight then you can try changing the spliiter otherwise you will need a field technician to come out and take a look.
