I paid off my mother's bill because she was in the hospital for three months and the customer service rep SWORE that she would be reconnected within 24 hours. that was 5 days ago and she still has no service. This is an outrage and I am thinking of going to the TV news and letting Verizon speak on the air aobut how they can't filp a switch to reconnect her!!! i don't know what to do and all their offices are closed on Saturday!
