Having an issue with my fios one box switching to 2160p under display settings. Currently my tv (philips 50pfl5901/f7) is up-scaling to 4k but I'd like to have the box do it. Using Blue Jeans Cable High speed 18gpb HDMI series FE cable, and tried a few to no avail. Considering doing a factory reset on my TV but is there any other settings I should change on the box itself? TV specs say it is capable of 2160p 24, 30, 60Hz so I'm stumped here.
