Can't change or Remove services online??

I've been trying to remove the "Unlimited Games+ Starz(R) Play Pak" service thats $20.98 per mnth, with a discount of $4.98 off, making it $16 a mnth, from my bill online. I go under "account services" option and clicked on the "ADD OR CHANGE SERVICES" option BUT when i click on the "change" option, it then takes me to a page that is basically trying to get me to add more services, it won't let you remove anything, nor give me the option to do so. Why is it called "add or CHANGE services" when you can't?

Good question. Add services or remove tv hardware. But as far as features go, you must call billing or sales. Like many companies, they may make an offer to prevent you from dropping something.
