I'm a new quantum subscriber and I've activated my media dvr box. I have a secondary stb and for some reason it doesn't show any shows that I have recorded, therefore I can't watch anything I've recorded in this room. Any help would be great.
I"m not at my TV so I'm just guessing at the names, but there is an option under Settings to "locate DVR/Stb" or something like that. I suspect you need to have the boxes on. I'd try it from both TVs. I had no such issue when I started this service so I'm not sure that's a fix but it's worth a try if you get no other help.
Then there's always the "unplug and plug in" the boxes trick but I'll assume you've tried that?
