Please tell me why I cannot change the Verizon.com User ID that was assigned to me sometime in 2005! Verizon insists that I selected it. I swear I was able to look at my services for my landline in the past via my regular log-in for one-bill. Haven't checked on it for quite awhile until today and what a fiasco that has been!
And now tht I've finally gotten in (with their bizarre, nonsensical User ID) I have found that when I try to log in again, I get an Untrusted Connection. Joy..
