Does VZ prorate their billings?

Our billings run from the first of the month to the end of the month.

On 03-08-2012 we transfered service from DSL, POTS to Triple Play.

I talked to a service rep, and she assurred me that our old service was stopped on the 8th, and the new started on the 9th.

I just noticed that we paid for a full month of the old service 03-01-2012 to 03-28-2012.

What do I need to do to check on this?

Yes they proate. Look carefully at your first few bills, they will probably confusing with various adjustments.

Well....It does seem we received a generous discount on our first Triple Play Bill (TPB).

I will have to discuss this with the DW, to see if the proation was equitable or not.

But,

Was it worth the Full DSL, POTS bill?
