Our billings run from the first of the month to the end of the month.
On 03-08-2012 we transfered service from DSL, POTS to Triple Play.
I talked to a service rep, and she assurred me that our old service was stopped on the 8th, and the new started on the 9th.
I just noticed that we paid for a full month of the old service 03-01-2012 to 03-28-2012.
What do I need to do to check on this?
