A failure to communicate

In a post I entered a couple of weeks ago regarding the fact that Verizon puts nothing in writing I cited the issue that Verizon made verbal commitments to me that although noted on Verizon's record of my account, have not been met....Specifically a free DVR for life. I was told via this chat room that someone from Verizon would contact me. That hasn't happened and so Verizon continues to have, as noted in the classic movie Cool Hand Luke....."a failure to communicate"
