TV One Mini Remote operates volume, channels, etc. but won't turn off TV and set top together. When I turn off via Fios remote the TV shows the Fios screen saver page, with time and program ads. The power light on the mini remains lit. I need to turn off TV by TV remote. TV turns on with Fios remote. TV is an Insignia. The CEC equivalent on the TV is turn don and it recognizes the Mini set top box.
