I have been making my payments monthly online with no problems, I changed my house phone # (Verizon FIOS) and all hell breaks lose. Nothing works anymore. My account # can't be found, "ECenter" and the billing department has no idea what to do, my bill is late.
Ecenter opened a trouble ticket. No one seems to be able to help me. Please verizon help. I just want my account to go back to normal. Everyone I called from Billing to Ecenter was really no help except for the guy that opened the ticket. Your customer service is lame. Everyone sounds like they were drunk/hung over and were in no mood to help.
Everyone wanted to reset my password, I CAN GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. I just can't make a payment, I get this screen:

Please can someone just help me fix this problem. I went through the account reset process where the Ecenter rep sent me a pin #, that didn't work. It simply said "Cannot process request, please try again later".
Pleaseeeeeeee!!!!
