MSNBC in and out

We have used the troubleshooter more times than I appreicate without a resolution. MSNBC is forever out of sorts. It IS my husband's favorite station and the only one that "crashes". Why? And we need a fix yesterday. He's tired and I AM tired. We have recorded the problem

DO you have more than 1 tv?

If so, does it happen on all of them?

If so, make sure all of the cable connections are tight starting at the ONT (box on the wall).

If it is only on one tv, check the connections that feed that box starting at the splitter.
