I am unable to stream the Lifetime Channel thru my Roku. I am a new FIOS customer and when I try to enter a code FIOS does not verify me as a FIOS customer.
That's a problem with your Roku, not Verizon FiOS.
What error do you get?
Can you get other channels on your Roku?
