Horrible. So many buttons are gone! The last button is in a very bad spot! Want my old stuff back! Can’t record with push of one button now. No favorite button. No dvr button. Should have left it alone and just added voice! Hate it. 😰
If you still have the old non-voice remote it still works with the new boxes. So do any other programmable remotes that worked with the old boxes. If you want you can get an old remote from the Verizon store by asking.
I agree! New remote set up is much, much, worse. Looks like some type of efficiency, lower cost design for Verizon at the expense of good customer service. You are messing with the DVR quality which is really the best feature about FIOS. Where do I call to complain?
