I've been a Verizon FIOS customer for more than a year now and in that time, My Verizon website has been completely non-functional. I can look up billing and service information but any attempt to change services or see what options are available such as different internet or TV packages results in the message:
We're sorry.
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
Obviously, something is wrong with my online account. Can someone at Verizon please contact me to figure this out? I'd like to be able to manage my FIOS services online without having to call a telephone number all the time.
