Fox News channel has been problematic for weeks. Pixelating and freezing. Other channels are fine. I rebooted everything including the ONT. Is there a website for Verizon to report the problem?
Not just Fox. Same problem with Hallmark channels. I also rebooted with no better results.
Next time it happens go into Settings>system info and look at the SNR for the affected channel. It should be at least 36db or better. Also check the SNR under OOB data. It should be at least 25db. If low, check your coax connections and splitter. Any of them could be bad.
