I've been having issues with billing for a very long time! When I moved
@the end of October, and for whatever reason had an over 300 bill to pay, and told that my new bill was on the way.... Can someone go through my account and get my credits and such situated? Other then getting hd extreme(since I started service) I was charged for all kinds of extra stuff like gaming, HBO, etc an never even wanted the "free few mths" since we never watch those channels anyway. Well I was and paid over 60$ extra for well over a year. (wife didn't know the costs and just paid the bill)... Please help!
