I have had the same problem for the last three months , and have had number of field techs to my home
( a large number) and not one of them has been able to help much less resolve my problem (not receiving all channels)
when I call tech support they say it,s a hardware issue (TV box , cable etc...) and the field techs say it,s a programming issue
and round and round we go it,s got to the point that if not for the cancellation fees (watch out they'll get you too)
I would have moved on long ago
P.S. recently I called customer service and was told they may have to pull the plug on the package (premium channels)
if they are unable to resolve the problem is this a breach of contract ?????????
