Fios & Slingbox M1

I recently hooked up the Slingbox to my Fios setbox and it worked perfectly. But sometimes when I try to access it (on my laptop which I don't think matters but just in case Smiley Happy ) I see this screen. Why do I get that? Does it mean the setbox is off even though I never turn it off? Please help. I'm going to be traveling for a few months internationally and I need my shows!!! Thank you.

Your pic didn't come trhough.

Make sure that sleep timer is not turned on your STB.
That can turn the box off.

Definetely check the sleep timer, and also check this FAQ STB Entering Standby Mode By Itself When Using TiVO The HD part of the answer may not apply to you, but the other TWO parts may.

Yes it is your sleep timer.

Sleep timer.

Easy fix 1) change the sleep timer.

Easy fix 2) call up on-screen remote and hit "STB Power" or "Menu" button for video to resume.
