I keep getting redirected from verizon 3.0 back to 2.0 once logged in...Ive called tech support, and no one seems to know why...even when they connected to my pc and watched me go through the steps....I start out on version 3.0 and the moment Im logged in, any link I select, takes me to the page is version 2.0, and seems to not transmitt any updates made or changes to my account I save. Any one else have this before??
