We were moving our tv around and had to take all the wires out and reconnect them t the ports. When we had turned the tv back on, our TV was stuck on NBC, the channel we left off on, and could not go up or down. If we did try to go up or down on thee channels, the tv would say "Not Available".

Did you make sure the coax was connected to the INPUT on the box when you reconnected it? Is the coax active? Did you try unplugging the power to the box and plugging it back in after a minute or two? Is your TV on the right input for the Fios box? Which box do you have?
