I just had my set top box and Internet router replaced over the last month because each of them failed. When the STB was replaced, I was told I would get a credit because of service interruption. That of course didn't happen. So I tried contacting billing today to get a credit for each (4 days for TV, 4 days for Internet). Below is the chat transcript. This is the kind of crap that really tempts me to drop service.
