When I'm logged in to the VZ web site, it says "No Records Found" when I go to Watch FiOS / View Rentals in My Library. On my TV screen it shows one movie (that I rented last night). It also shows up on my iPad, just not on the web site. thanks

Thanks for utlizing the community! Could you tell me if the VOD rental you have is a Flexview rental? Also, when on the ipad, are you making use of the Fios Mobile app or accessing the VOD online via a browser?
