On 2 occasions I have been blacked out from watching Bulls games in the DC area when they were not playing the Wizards. It is my understanding I should only be blacked out if they are playing the Wizards which most times they would be on the local channel.
I was able to watch them on the internet but it is not the same. The first time they were playing Utah and yesterday when they played the Celtics. Anyone know why these games were blacked out?
I sent an email to the League Pass folks but they say its on Verizon.
