Crediting of Over-Payments

I make a small over payment each time my bill is paid. It says I always have a credit but the credit does not show up on billing.

What happens to the over payment amount?

Are you keeping the money, illegally, for yourself?

I have asked about this several times and never received an answer.

I need my money much more than you.

Please see that I am reimbursed for the over payments that have been made since June 2012.

That is an amount that belongs to me not you.
