Have you tried rebooting the box? That usually fixes ondemand errors. If rebooting the box alone doesn't fix it try rebooting your router as well.
having the same issue, can't reboot because it is recording programs, can't change channels either. viewing dvr doesn't work. motorola box that was recently updated to new software from verizon.
