Ever since "upgrading" to Quantum TV service we have been unable to watch any On Demand programs from the TVs with the remote box. Everything works fine from the main DVR box.
Every time you choose a free program On Demand an error comes up telling me I do not have enough credits to watch the show. It lists a Verizon phone number and error code. I've called the number and got bounced to four people and after 45 minutes was told by a very nice lady that she was sorry but her system told her the only thing left to do was teach me how to use the remote control!!!!!
How can Verizon not know about this error since their equipment gives an error code and then after rebooting the boxes and sending updates tell me I need to learn how to use a remote control??
Any help is greatly appreciated.
