On Demand Programming Freezes and pauses

Whenever I try to watch anything On Demand the program freezes and pauses every minute or so. Freeze lasts for about 5 seconds then resumes. Tried resetting STB and connection. Occurs with other STBs in the house. Tried in home agent troubleshooting without success. Ideas or causes?

Try rebooting the ONT and router and check that all coax connections are tight.
