Picture size

Got home and on tv now picture centered with 2-3 inches of black around all 4 sides. I presses "#" and it increases the size to full screen, but only temp. And only on that channel. A relative in another city had same issue. Any ideas? Normal before today.

Pull the power plug on the back of the set top box. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Wait for the set top box to reboot. It should take less than 5 minutes. When the picture returns check to see if that cleared your issue.
