FIOS user interface is horrible

Who was the goof ball that approved this horrible user interface. It is difficult to read, hard on the eyes, and ugly. What knuckle head thought the user community would like it. It I had another carrier choice I would switch today. Plus it seems to me that the UI is pushing pay for view session.

Hey Verizon, you really missed the boat on this and should chage the UI.

There are already several threads on this topic.

The UI is almost identical to Comcast. It's also similar to Directv so switching would be just as disappointing for you.
