Re: Verizon Customer Serivce IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Off and on for two months I have been trying to access bill paying on my verizon. Every time a message appears telling me to check back in a few minutes. Hoe pathetic is it when you log on to your own account and can't pay your bill. Thanks for nothing Verizon.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

You got that right! I am sorry I removed Direct TV and went to Fios. When you needed something at Direct TV, they get for you immediately, Fios, forget it. I have been trying to get an addition HD box for 2 weeks now, I spoke to literally 8 agents in a weeks time and finally got them to place the order. Now that I'm waiting for the order to be completed, I can't order additional channels because this order for the HD box is still open. What a joke. This is a multi billion dollar company and you can't have 2 orders simultaneously, I can't believe it! This is a Telecommunications company, are you kidding me??!! How come they don't post my complaint on the first page of their web site? Are they afraid someone might see the truth??? I wish I can speak to one of the big shots in this company.. I just want 10 minutes of their time to tell them how greedy they are and how they can care less about people like me. As I'm writing this letter I am on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor, I have been on hold for 20 minutes now.. And to the moderator of this site, don't bother with the reply of excuses. There shouldn't be any excuses for what I am going through. Here's the best advice I can give someone -don't get Fios, it's not worth it!
