The code to use is 1960. Hold down Aux and Ok at the same time then release, Aux will blink, enter 1960 and wait a moment, aux will blink. Power and Volume Up/Down work.
I called Verizon. The told me it is a Motorola box and use one of those codes. Like a garage door opener and in car remote. I had to push buttons at the same time to activate.
